The American Eurasian Art Foundation, Washington D.C. presented a Lifetime Achievement Award to songwriter Shari Verona, for monumental efforts and contributions in music over her extensive career. Past recipients of this honor include Mikhail Gorbachov and Jackie Stallone, exemplary humanitarians and world leaders, for their advancement in building cultural bridges in the arts.

About Shari Verona:

Shari Verona is a consummate writer. Writing and producing songs, composing film themes, and … creating comedy screenplays are distinct art forms. Doing all three well is rare, but that’s what Shari Verona does, for various clients in these multi medias. She started as a songwriter at age seventeen, with her first three songs signed by Jack Gale of Lovey Music, (he was the publisher of ‘I Love You More Today Than Yesterday”). Shari Verona co-writes and writes with producers of all genres, having the ability to switch from pop to R&B to country, joking “if you can hear it or see it, we write it.” She licenses her catalog of finished music to tv and film companies requiring affordable quality music.
