A Visionary Leadership and Revenue Strategist
Creative and innovative business coaches, in today’s exciting and burgeoning growth of innovative systems and technology, are going to be of paramount importance, especially those superlative coaches that can help you to facilitate your passion and your vision of a successful business venture. Teri Werner, who has a book “Train Wreck to Triumph,” is one of those coaches, and, with her track record of success, she can help guide your venture or business to unparalleled heights. Teri’s unique skills as a Visionary Strategist brings vision and accelerated outcomes forward in her Training and Group Coaching Programs, “Empower Your Vision,” and “S-O-S Strategies On Success,” through which many connect to their vision in ways they were unable to experience before, as they also align with creative strategies to support the life they envision living.
The accomplished Vision Coach, Media and Revenue Strategist, Keynote Speaker and Author focuses on supporting breakthroughs in both personal and professional success through the proven principles found in “Train Wreck to Triumph,” her book and integrated coaching journal, which provide a foundation of proven principles of transformation in every area of your life. She is honored by several entrepreneurs and leadership specialists that have endorsed her book. “The thing I am so passionately committed to, is the skill to support others in living in their vision and helping others to achieve,” she explained. Her book is a proven, step-by-step plan to “move through tough times,” to a “place of wholeness and triumph in the midst of life-shattering questions.”
Her courses have increased revenues 20% to 400% for those that have utilized the principles in her course. “I am a visionary strategist as truly living your vision will require embracing both your vision and the strategies that undergird the outcomes that will support your capacity to live your vision,” said Teri Werner. ”One or two thought-provoking questions will open your heart and change your mind’s willingness to participate.” Her clients learn the skills to support and lead others to achieve entrepreneurial excellence and live in peace as they fulfill their purpose.
She merged her passions with her father, a pastor, to start her business, which has made a viable presence in a niche market for a few decades that became a publicly held corporation, traded on NASDAQ. “I’ve always been immersed in entrepreneurial leadership,” said Teri. “ Through the years, I’ve found that the thing that really put me in a place of growing businesses and leadership was vision, which is something that a lot of people don’t focus on nor have the skills to train others to find their own vision.”
The well-established business coach vehemently believes in the power of vision and the strategies that support it. She can help bring your vision, the vision of your business and ultimately your life into fruition. “Even brain science shows that when you create a vision, your mind tells your brain THIS is that which I choose to be, passionately committed to achieving, your brain then creates new networks to support that very thing to become a reality. It is so exciting,” she said.
In her soon to be released book, “Train Wreck to Triumph,” she chose not to tell her personal story of rising above some of the major challenges that have crossed her life, as she feels your story is the most important story to focus on. Instead, she gives readers an in-depth blueprint to rise above personal trials and challenges.
“It’s a faith-based coaching journal that offers a three-book set integrated into one complete approach for deeper healing and creating acceleration in life and business outcomes,” said Teri. “It’s intentional in providing a clear path on how you go from trauma, your train wreck to speak, to triumph. There is SO much in the book, which teaches in an easy and gentle guidance of time-tested principles.”
The book combines faith-based principles as foundational to true healing with coaching and insights that impact every area of healing, transformation and living a life of triumph. The final chapter of the book encourages your capacity and willingness to move forward, fulfilling your vision. “Creating your vision is something that is beyond physician sight, rather it is something your heart sees, loves and chooses to create,” she explained. “You choose to connect powerfully to your vision, which adjusts your focus, choices and behavior. Your vision becomes your filter for every life experience.”
Faith is what motivates the dynamic author, and it has become a mainstay of her life. “My dad is a minister,” she explained. “I grew up as a preacher’s kid, learning about serving others and being there for others. My dad is 90 years old and a fabulous Bible teacher to this day, as sharp as anybody you’d ever meet. I’ve always felt that my place in leadership was to make a difference in lives. Being a preacher’s kid trained me on making deep connections and developing skills important to any business entrepreneur or leader.”
Teri’s first experience in her business life was a huge career as a commercial interior designer, a National Account and Revenue Strategist with notable clients, such as TWA Airline and others. Teri’s father was an established minister with decades of experience and a strong capacity in teaching and increasing church membership and leadership as well as building or renovating the churches he had pastored.
Teri and her father helped create a solution for many of the challenges of pastors, spearheading a building project in addition to other ministerial responsibilities. Their company became a publicly traded entity on NASDAQ in the church building and renovation market. They were able to enhance the buying methodology of churches to align with corporate practices on a national basis, with professional designs, products and transparent negotiations and pricing.
“This experience was both amazing and a very difficult process,” she explained. “I embrace it all as it was a stepping stone to open my heart and create strategies to serve marketplace ministry. I have one foot securely in business and one foot very securely in ministry. This is the beginning of proving out my calling, to influence and impact areas of visionary leadership and revenue strategies, which I find to be the basis of success that reaches across all markets, with the generation of recurring revenue strategies for the media, podcasters and others of high influence.” Notable media influencers have endorsed her revenue strategies as generating huge recurring daily revenues.
Growing up in church gave Teri Werner a solid foundation to lean on. In church, she had responsibilities, which molded her into being the visionary leader she is. “Our entire life revolved around service, that’s what we did. I learned, and adopted it as my work mantra,” said Teri. “To truly serve, it is important to discern what people need in their life and choose to meet their needs, if it is at all possible.” That is the basis of her book, “Train Wreck To Triumph.”
But what are the characteristics of a great leader? “The number one thing I think a great leader needs to have been is a good follower,” said Teri. “People who can’t follow those who have led them won’t lead well. And also, asking open-ended questions of those you lead, not necessarily mandating and telling. The question should be asked ‘where are you supporting them to go in their vision?’ It’s not about you as a leader, it’s about them.’” Additionally, having a strong moral compass and embodying the characteristics of strong, but kind leadership is important to Teri. “I believe integrity always pays,” she explained. “It may not pay today, but it will pay for every tomorrow.”
She works with all types of businesses, including small, mid-sized and large corporations and works “to assist those in C-Level, mid-management and field positions to achieve the vision they create for their life and business.” “Supporting others in creating their vision and becoming profoundly connected to their vision is a leadership, life skill that powerfully impacts those you are leading or those who have a desire to influence, impart and impact others to a level that continues through their life and business and serves to sustain they as they experience times of train wreck and triumph,” she said. But her mission is bigger than only supporting businesses. “My mission is to create healing in people,” said Teri Werner. “Whether they’re military and gone through tough times, whether it’s divorce, business owners, or whatever it is, to really get to a place of living your destiny, living your vision and being free.”
Because Teri Werner’s life experience as a visionary has brought her from “Train Wreck to Triumph,” she makes a dynamic point as to why she’s one of the People You Should Know.”
