We did just that Friday night at the surprisingly stylish Beverly Garland Hotel, celebrating Exotifit’s inaugural launch and the birthday of Ms Torres. A Black and White Affair and Mega Mixer was held in collaboration with the Filipino-American Chamber of Commerce and the Hollywood, Woodland Hills & Tarzana Chambers of Commerce. Delicious international appetizers and wine were provided by Venetian Palace Banquet Hall. There was a red carpet, featuring Maria in a gown by Noa G., jewels by Marianna’s Jewel and Design, and makeup &
Hair Design by Orli. A well organized Meet n Greet business card exchange was followed by entertainment and dancing.
Of course the highlight was a series of shows and demonstrations by Maria’s ‘Exoti-angels’. There were Exotifit’s unique sexy aerobic dances, Belly Dances, and various other ethnic dance numbers. They were backed up by the pulsing beat of live Brazilian music and Dance2This DJ featuring modern Middle Eastern and World beat dance music. They even had the ultra talented Yennie Lam rockin’ her electric violin. This was the first time I have seen a live electric violinist play with a DJ. She looked and sounded great!
