NIAGARA FALLS NY – Congratulations to Aliyah Carter who graduated from Niagara University College of Nursing on May 11, 2024 as a RN with a Bachelor of Science Degree. How exciting that her Mother Dr. Tanyetta Carter Ed.M, LMSW Professor/Licensed Social Worker presented Aliyah with her diploma at the Graduation Ceremony!
